Cleanroom Construction
Guardtech build their cleanrooms with the materials that are best suited to your application. Our large range ensures each part of your cleanroom is built with the material that suits your requirements best.

As soon as the drawings are finalised they are passed over to our Cleanroom Engineers who turn the drawing into a reality. They liaise with the project manager, and custom build your purpose built facility.

The Engineers actually pre-build the facility so the complete cleanroom is constructed on our site. This is to make sure that the cleanroom is accurate in all the dimensions, and to prepare assembly drawings to speed up the installation process. they then disassemble the unit and package it ready to ship to you.

The cleanroom is packed with every component in a logical order. This means that when we receive it at your facility we can work chronologically and quickly, cutting the lead time right down.

The Guardtech construction team are specialists in Cleanroom Installation, their experience means that an installation can take place quickly and effectively to an agreed system. The ‘Fast Track’ approach is the method preferred in Cleanroom installation – From the moment the materials are on site through to commissioning and validation, the team is fully committed to complete the project.

The team leader will ensure that the ‘Clean Build’ approach is taken, co-ordinating the various traders on site to ensure the most efficient and cleanest methods are used. The ‘Clean Build’ ensures that progressively cleaner construction activities follow each other in the correct order. Typically – strip out, frame errection, ceiling panels, FFU’s, Electrical work, HVAC, Flooring, Equipment & Furniture installation, Clean Down, then commissioning and validation.

Customer contact is maintained at a high level throughout to ensure that completion updates are given and amendments, where needed are agreed and implemented by the Customer Liaisons Manager.
